I am thankful for:
1. A night out.
2. Isabelle likes learning her math facts so far.
3. New cell phones.
Goals
1. Work on supply list
I had a nice night out tonight. It was the Taste of Home cooking show today. It was fun. Nothing too exciting and I didn't win anything this time but I enjoyed myself. I have a bunch of new recipes to try.
We have a really large sale coming our way in Sept. A customer I have been in contact with for the last year has finally decided to buy our system. They won't be buying until Sept when their new building is closer to being ready but it will be 15 lanes and they have definately said they will be buying our software! That is about 2000. I was quite pleased with that!
Still working at SRMS. Still enjoying myself. I was so tired last night that I went to bed by 9. Was doing pretty well and thinking I will get lots of great sleep until first the dogs woke up at 3 and then Tim woke up and lost the screw in his glasses. I spent the next half hour looking for the screw and then putting his glasses back together. He can't see a thing without his glasses so he had no hope of finding it. So much for a good night's sleep!
You would never believe who found me! DJ LaTona! He actually sent me an email. I haven't decided if I will respond. I guess I could at least say hello. I haven't even thought of him in 15 years! Kind of crazy!

I am thankful for:
1. Friends for Isabelle to play with.
2. Movies
3. An understanding Tim when I let time get away from me and not getting dinner together.
Goals
1. Call Diana
2. Create letter for School supplies
3. Create letter for Youth Jam help
It was a really nice weekend. Busier than I would have liked but a nice weekend. Today we did our shopping and then Isabelle, Abby and me went to see the Hanna Montana movie. It was very enjoyable actually. Then Abby came to play some more. They get a long really well. To bad they don't go to the same school. Oh well.
It is another busy week. I work all week again except tomorrow and Tuesday morning. I think I am supposed to volunteer in class tomorrow though. Only two more times though. That is rather sad. Then on to helping in another class, Mrs. Milgate I believe.

I am thankful for:
1. A successful garage sale.
2. Tim helping me at the garage sale.
3. A good day of stitching.
Goals
1. Shopping
2. Home blessing.
I made it through my first week of work. I am enjoying it so far. I was pretty tired Thursday night. I was on my feet a lot on Thursday. Friday I was busy but I was smart and sat in chairs! Today was a busy day. It was Snake River Montessori's Annual Garage Sale. I actually got up at 6 so I could be there by 7:30. I am not sure what I was thinking when I said I would show up then. 6 on a Saturday! I must have been crazy. It looks like it was a successful event though. I am sure Mileen will let me know in a couple of days.
Then it was off to the bank to deposit my work money. Feels good to actually bring in some money consistantly. Then we came home, ate lunch and I stitched and watched golf for a couple of hours. Then Isabelle wanted to write a "report" so she brought down her Ocean book and the report we started earlier and her spelling box. I think read from the book and gave her some sentences to write. I will eventually have her help me restate the paragraphs in her own words but the Ocean book is kind of hard even when I read it to her to understand. She is having fun though and is at least seeing how reports are written and is getting great practice with her writing.
In between the report writing we made some bread. Something went wrong though becuase it came out rather flat. It looked like it raised well but it fell in the oven. Tasted pretty good though.
Also, Claire came over for about an hour. Kept Isabelle entertained while I stitched some more!

I am thankful for:
1. No deaths here in the US due to the swine flu.
2. Dinners together with the family.
3. Working at isabelle's school.
Goasl
1. Do zone work
2. unload garage sale stuff.
Well, day two of my subbing has gone off with out any trouble. It was still a half day. Tomorrow and the rest of the week will be the real test. That is when I work all day.
Isabelle had a really good violin lesson. She is really starting to get Anglina Baker. I think this is my favorite song so far. She almost has it down.
I actually won a pattern in a contest! During the Needlework show last week I entered a contest for a pattern from Ink Circles and I actually won. I sent in a picture and story about Isabelle's first stitching piece and being a stitcher in training. She liked it and I get a great free pattern.
Well, that is it for today. Pretty quiet really.

I am thankful for:
1. Good health in the face of the swine flu.
2. A good first afternoon in the Upper Elementary class.
3. Possible leads in with DEC.
Goals
1. Call the group in Encino
2. Change the pricing on our website.
Today was the first day of my long term sub in the Upper Elementary class at Isabelle's school. So far so good. It was a pretty easy afternoon and it looks like tomorrow should be even easier. Most of the afternoon is spent in art. So I get to do lunch, recess ( which looks to be inside tomorrow) and then art. I even managed to get all of my shopping done in the morning.
Tomorrow morning I am going to just try and reach the group in Encino and the one dr. who wants to buy our basic version. I haven't been able to reach either on.

I am thankful for
1. A nice trip to Salt Lake City
2. Shopping in Salt Lake City
3. A safe trip home
Goals
1. Weekly shopping
2. Ad for the garage sale
It has been forever since I have posted anything. I really need to get back into the habit of writing every day. I have just been too lazy. I need to remind myself that it does have to take all that long to writing a couple of things.
We spent the weekend in Salt Lake City. We had a nice time although the weather didn't cooperate much. It snowed this moring and was rainy most of the day. We went to the zoo anyways and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Isaebelle didn't like the empty feeling too much. She was really concerned about it actually. Like we were really supposed to be there.
Then we went to do some shopping. Tim needed new shirts and I needed some new shorts and Isabelle bought some flip flops and a hairband. Then it was off to home.
Tomorrow I start my long term subbing at Isabelle's school. On Monday's and Tuesday's I work in the afternoon and then the rest of the week I work all day. This should be interesting. I haven't worked really for more than three days straight in more than 6 years! It could kill me :) Not really. I am actually looking forward to it. Now we will see if this is something I really want to do and then see if I can work on getting my certification in the near future.

I am thankful for:
1. Subbing in Isabelle's school.
2. Community events with Isabelle's school.
Goals
1. Sub
2. Get shopping done
Between just not having anything to say, being really tired by the time I can write about my day and being plain old busy, I haven't written here too much. This week has been really busy. I have been subbing in Isabelle's school most of the week. First in Extended Day in the late afternoon and then in Mrs. Milgate's class on Wednesday, Thursday and tomorrow (Friday). I really enjoy being in the class. Although I am just not used to this whole working all day thing and then dealing with Isabelle's after school activities. So far this week we've had our monthly PTO meeting on Tuesday, 4H, gym and the kindergarten to 1st grade parent meeting on Wednesday and tonight we had the PTO Game night. Tomorrow I have to get our shopping done because it is Julia's birthday party on Saturday in Afton so we won't be home then and we are running out of food.
Next week isn't as busy after school, but I am subbing again for Mrs. Milgate. Unfortuntely her brother is dieing of cancer and isn't expected to live much longer so she is going to England for the week. I will only be in class in the afternoons this time though.
Otherwise, Isabelle is still her happy self, Tim is working like a maniac and we haven't made a sale for DEC in almost two months. That is depressing all by itself. Oh well.

I am thankful for:
1. New clothes for everyone.
2. More subbing opportunities
Goals:
1. Weekly shopping
2. SRMS brochure
I HATE sales. That is all there is too it. I would rather do just about anything but sales but it looks like I am going to be stuck doing sales becuase of the stupid economy is preventing Isabelle's school's from keeping three primary classrooms. I was really hoping to work there next year. Oh well. I will keep plodding along with the DEC sales and make the stupid phone calls that I HATE HATE HATE!!!!!!!

I am thankful for:
1. The wonderful staff at SRMS
2. Tim took the time to get Isabelle yesterday when I wasn't feeling well.
Goals
1. Work on websites
2. Catch up on my zones
I was sick yesterday. I seem to have caught whatever it was the Isabelle had on Thursday and Friday. At least I didn't throw up. I felt like it all day though. Tim was great and took Isabelle to school and picked her up. Getting into a moving vehicle wasn't a good idea. I feel mostly better today although dinner seems to be making me a bit queasy. Too much fat in it. We went to Arby's since Tim is working late this week.
Other wise it was a quiet day today. No sales or anything. Bummer. I did send out my demos. Unfortuately I sent the one really late. I didn't realize that three weeks had gone by. Most of that time was spent trying to fix Dr. Wan's problem. I explained to this new doctor that we were doing an update and that I wanted to send him the latest version. I sent him the demo link. It is a big office so I hope that he likes it.

I am thankful for:
1. Isabelle is feeling better.
2. Lots of time to stitch today
Didn't set goals yesterday.
Goals
1. Send out demos.
2. Make calls
Today was cleaning day. Didn't really feel like it but I did my home blessing hour. I didn't do my zone work today. Tomorrow. Then it was time to watch the Super Bowl. It was a fantastic game. I didn't really care who won, I just wanted it to be a good game and it was. Plus I got in about 4-5 hours of stitching. I think I will be really close to finishing Isabelle's Garden. I might just keep working on her until I have her done. Then I can move on to another project next month. She is so pretty.
Yesterday I forgot to post. We went cross country skiing for 5 hours yesterday at Harriman State Park. Isabelle was wonderful. She is such a trooper! She skiied 5 miles! She is a bit sore today. Then we watched the Pianist. It was ok.

I am thankful for:
1. Being able to shop for extras.
2. Tim as a good steady job.
I met my goals yesterday.
Goals:
1. Cross Country Skiing
2. Stitching
Isabelle stayed home again today although she was probably feeling well enought to go to school. She was definitely feeling better than yesterday but her tummy was still a bit upset. But she came with us to do our shopping. We did our usual shopping and then went to get new gloves for Tim and Isabelle and then the bookstore. I got some new books. Mostly books to help with business. I bought a Perl for Dummies book, a new marketing book and a fun fantasy book.
Other than that I stitched and had Isabelle read and practice her violin. Q very quiet day.

I am thankful for:
1. Isabelle not being too sick.
2. That it is Friday
I didn't reach my goals today because Isabelle was sick. Not much gets done when she is sick.
Goals:
1. Shopping
Isabelle was home sick today. She was feeling nauseous all day. Finally threw up after dinner. Hopefully that will get rid of what ever is in her belly giving her grief. So she stayed home today. Kind of a bummer, one because my little girl wasn't feeling well, and 2 because Jamie Kagel from Channel 8 News was going to be giving a presentation at school today that I would have liked to see. Oh well, there was no point in taking her to school, she would have just been sent home.
So when she is home not too much gets done. I did work on Pat's website and I think the first one is done. I sent her a message to take a look at it and tell me any changes that she would want. Now I need to work on her horses for sale one.
Then I did a bit of shopping and used some of the gift certificates I got for my birthday. I was all excited that I would use the GC to buy the missing supplies I need for my mandala and wouldn't you know, every single item that I needed wasn't there. I sent an email asking if they do special orders. If they do, then I will order from them. Otherwise I will have to track down another place to get it. I won't be starting for at least a month so I have some time. I did use some of the GC to buy some fabric and LK Stamp for January. I still have 10 left. I think I will get some more of the Stamps.
Well, I am off to bed. I hope Isabelle is feeling better tomorrow so that she can go to school. She is sleeping on our floor tonight like she usually does when she isn't feeling well.

Happy Birthday to me!
I am thankful for:
1. Being one year older and healthier than I have been in a long time.
2. Slightly warmer temperatures.
I met my goals for today.
Yes, today I am 38 years old and 23 pounds lighter than the year before. I had a really nice day. I proceeded to do nothing work related at all. I updated my multiply stitching blog, openned my presents from my birthday exchange group and then stitched the rest of the day. I am making really good progress on my fractal. I will work on it for two more days before I move on to the next one in my rotation.
WE went out last night for my official birthday dinner but since I didn't go to the meeting I thought I had tonight we went out to dinner again. I refuse to cook on my birthday! We just went to Perkins after Isabelle's gym.
Boy is Isabelle doing a good job in her gym class. They are learning their routines for the show off day in May. Isabelle is actually remembering it too! There are some skills that the kids can't do yet but most should be able to by May.
I took a new work out class yesterday and boy am I paying for it today. My legs are so sore! I hope to feel better tomorrow so that I can work out again.
Tomorrow I am volunteering in Isabelle's class and Jamie Keigle from our local news station is coming to give a presentation tomorrow morning as well, so I will go and see that.

I am thankful for:
1. Birthday dinners
2. Workout classes with friends.
Goals:
1. Stitch
2. Stitch
3. Stitch, its my birthday :)
Well, tomorrow I will be one year older and I have a feeling very sore from a new class I took today at the gym. I had been watching the Powercut class at the gym for a while and finally decided to brave it. It helps that I know two people there, Tina Sharpe and Staci Mitchell. I think I am going to hurt tomorrow! It wasn't too much harder than my ball blast class.
Yesterday I taught my science class again after about a month off. I didn't really feel like going but once I got started I just felt invigorated when I was done. I really like teaching and I hope to go back to it soon.
I think my customer's problems with the eye chart have finally been fixed. Either that or she wasn't in today either and didn't get a chance to try my fix. I sure hope it just worked.
Tomorrow is my birthday and I don't plan on doing anything at all. I am going to go to the bakery and get an apple fritter and then I plan on stitching all day if I can. Then I will go watch Isabelle's gym and then go to a marketing meeting for school.

It has been several days since I have been up to writing anything on here at all. Boy do I hate my period. I am so glad that the birthcontrol that I am taking lasts for three months. I don't know how I did it every month without hurting any one. I was just not in the mood to write anything. I didn't do much those days as it was.
We have had almost a foot of snow since Thursday night! We have caught up for the moisture for January. I worry that the farmers won't have enough water and we have been in a drought for so long. It is supposed to snow on and off for the rest of the week.
We tried to go cross country skiing today but both Tim and ISabelle ended up with wet gloves before we even started so we only lasted about 10 minutes before their hands were just too cold. I was thinking about going tomorrow morning but it looks like the weather is just going to be horrible so I will probably just head to the gym. I haven't had any exercise since last Tuesday. Need to get back at it. I only need to loose 5-10 more pounds and I will have met my goal. 5 pounds is my minimum. I am going to go back to really measuring out my portions again. I have been snacking way too much and not eating enough protein with my first snack or lunch and I am getting too hungry in the afternoons becuase of it.
Last week was Tim's birthday. We didn't do too much. We went out to dinner at Friday's after Isabelle's gym. This week is my birthday. I am part of a birthday club with my I Love Stitching Group and I have been getting lots of goodies. I can't wait to open them. I think I am going to get myself a Chateline Mandala for my birthday. I will have to add or make a new paypal account for that. She only accepts PayPal.
I am back teaching science on MOnday and I am all ready to go. I made sure I was ready tonight so if I get called to sub I can say see and not worry about. I don't think I will get called too often though. I think Karen is worried about her job and is taking all of the sub time she can. Although I am subbing for three days in February in Mrs. Milgate's class. I really like this class even with Cooper in it. Poor kid. He can't help it. I am hoping Isabelle will be in this class for 1-3rd grade. I am tempted to request it. I do a lot for them and I think they would agree. We'll see.
Otherwise, not much is going on.

I am thankful for:
1. Tim is happy and healthy.
2. 4H
Did I reach my goals for the day?
About half of them. I tried to do all of them but I thought I had best wait for official approval before I did. I would hate to buy it then not have the money approved to be reimbursed. Then I found I a problem with the demo so I didn't want to send something out that did work properly.
Goals for tomorrow.
None really. A quiet day.
Happy Birthday, Tim!
Today was Tim's birthday. He said that he was going to stay home since he had to work so late yesterday but of course he worked all day and was of course late to watch Isabelle at the gym. It drives me nuts that he just doesn't do what he says he is going to do. Oh, well. I love him anyways. I just don't hold my breath that he will do what he says.
Otherwise not much happened today. I did a bit of this and a bit of that. Worked on SRMS website. Finally got it up and running again. I wasn't aware that the password and domain name had changed. But now it is up and going.
Otherwise I didn't do too much. My period has started and I am feeling a bit down.

I am thankful for:
1. A peaceful transfer of power today when Barak Obama was sworn in as our 44th President.
2. Getting paid for SRMS website.
Did I reach my goals today?
Not really, I did exercise, and stay calm and collected with Isabelle and call dr. waldman. But I didn't call the storage company becuase I need a date and place from Margaret. She is supposed to check on it. And I just ran out of time to work on Pat's site. Hopefully tomorrow or Thursday.
Goals
1. Buy my new software.
2. Exercise
3. Work on Pat's website
4. Send out demos
Today history was made, our African American man was officially sworn in as President of the United States. I watching it while I was working out and had to hold back tears I was so moved by the whole thing. Barak Obama has his work cut out for him but I think he will be the right person to do it. It just amazes me how time after time we move from one president to the next smoothly with no prblems while the rest of the world just seems to struggle with the whole thing.
I am just glad that we have someone intelligent and can speak for us. Just awesome!
Then I went and got my hair cut. I had her style it a bit differently this time. I had her flip it out instead of under. I don't think I like it this way too much. Too happy :)
I get to make isabelle's school's website and even get paid for it. So, I get to upgrade Macromedia and get Photoshop, Illistrator, Flash and all kinds of things. I am excited about it and have some ideas for it and for the other websites I do.

I am thankful for:
1. The ability to stay home with Isabelle when we need a mental health day.
2. All of my accounts are reconciled and up to date.
Did I reach my goals? Most of them. I didn't call the dr. I WILL call him tomorrow.
Goals:
1. Call Dr. Waldman
2. Call the storage people.
3. Work on Pat's website.
Isabelle and I were bad today and played hooky from everything. Isabelle didn't go to school, gym, read or practice her violin. Bad, bad, bad. It all started when I turned off my alarm. Then Isabelle was so snuggled against me and sleeping so deeply I didn't really want to wake her up. So we stayed home.
I actually got some work done, I updated and reconciled PayPal, fix a problem for a dr. and cleaned up my emails. I am trying to get the junk mail under control. First I went through and deleted over 3000 old messages or moved them to different folders if I need them for tax reasons or something. Now, when a piece of email comes in I will spend a moment and either keep it, unsubscribe or move it. Too mucj clutter to look through.
I thought getting PayPal up to date was going going to take all day, it only took part of the day. It wasn't too bad to do considering I hadn't reconciled in a year.
Then Isabelle and I looked at baby pictures and the little bit of things I have kept when Isabelle was a baby. Then we walked to the store, well, I walked she went in the strolller. When we came back we made muffins and icing. Isabelle is taking 4h cake decorating and wanted to practice.
But it is back to usual tomorrow. No more sluffing off I am afraid.

I am thankful for:
1. Everyone escaped the plane crash in New York.
2. My good help.
I pray for Kim Young, that she keeps on fighting her battle with cancer.
My goals are:
1. Call Dr. Waldman about the macros.
2. Work on Quickbooks-PayPal.
It has been a couple of days since I have wrote anything here. It as a pretty quiet weekend really. Isabelle did have two birthday parties to go to but they only last about 2 hours. Now if I can only convince her that I really don't need to stay! Oh well, it does give me a chance to visit with other moms. The first birthday was an open gym. Isabelle really likes those. I think I will have to get her to the open gyms at her gym. Maybe, I'll see if Abby wants to go with her on Saturday. The other birthday was at Blast Off. She had a blast.
We watched one of our Netflix movies for the first time in over a month. We watched the Royal Tannenbaums. It was rather dull. Our next movie is the Pianist. It seems like we have seen this movies but it could be I just remember reading a lot abou it becuase Arian Brodie was up for an Oscar for his part in it. Hopefully Tim will have time next weekend to see it.
He is almost finished with is course work. I can't wait for him to be done. I think it will mean more time for him at home since he can work on his dissertation at work since he has funding for it.
We also finally got the shelf up in Isabelle's room for all of her stuffed animals. Now we need to get the shelves for all of her other stuff that doesn't have a home. We still need to decide exactly how we want to do that one.
Well, tomorrow I am helping to make the rest of the Mardi Gras plates at school. Then I plan on exercising and getting things done at home.

I am thankful for:
1. Everyone on the plan in New York survived.
2. That we finally have the drs. at Coastal Eye Care center happy and working again.
3. Being able to volunteer in Isabelle's class.
Goals:
1. Grocery shopping.
2. Make sign ups for PTO Spring events
3. Work on PayPal account.
Today and yesterday I spent most of the day at Isabelle's school. Yesterday, I helped to make the Mardi Gras plate that each of the pre/k classes make for the silent auction. Then Tina and I talked for awhile. It seems that the school's finances are not in good shape. They are talking about several things to ct costs. First, go back to half day only for the little kids. The extra staffing is costing way too much money. The other option is to cut a pre/k class. I really hope they don't do that. I was really hoping to work in that classroom then year. So, the marketing really needs to get in gear and start doing something.
Today I listened to Isabelle's class reading. There are a lot good readers in her class again. It just amazes me how many 3 and 4 year olds are reading already. Isabelle is reading the most challenging stuff right now but Claire is catching up quickly. Then Mrs. Barbara approached me about doing the school's website for them. There is appearently some money available for it. I don't really want a lot of money. I would like enough to upgrade Dreamweaver. That's about $900. Then I would be happy to do it. So I will talk to Kathy Andary about it here in the near future. Need to get those kids back in.
Then I spent about an hour talking Karen Rondont through installing the new version of the eye chart. Once we got it together she was very pleased with the results. Hopefully we won't hear from them for sometime.
Other than that not much happend :)

I am thankful for:
1. Getting my accounts in order slowly.
2. A happy Isabelle.
Did I meet my goals today?
Yes.
Goals
1. Work on reconciling Paypal
2. Call WI dr since he didn't answer my email.
Today was a frustrating accounting day. I am just not cut out to be an accountant. I hate the little details. But I did finally get my First National Credit card reconciled. Now to just pay that thing off. I hate to think about all of the interest I am paying on that thing. Next up is my PayPal account. I haven't touched that in months. That will be a lot of fun.
Then it was PTO night tonight. Had quite a bit to talk about this time. Boy do we have a lot to do in the next couple of months. I think it will all be a lot of fun though. The library will getting a circulation program with a scanner. Right now it is just impossible to get it all in and out. Kelly will be happy about that.
Otherwise not much else happened today.

I am thankful for:
1. Not having to sub today!
2. Isabelle enjoys school.
Did I reach my goals today? All but the fix to Karen. It still isn't working right. Don't want to send something that won't work.
Goals:
1. Find a gift for Cynthia Ward.
2. Desk day, pay bills
Another quiet day. I decided to take the Ball Blast class that is now offered on Mondays, especially since I am supposed to help make the Mardi Gras plate for Isabelle's class on Wednesday. It was a different instructor. She's not my favorite. She turns the class into an aerobics class and less of an strength class. I like the challenging strength part of the class.
Other wise I didn't do too much at all!

I am thankful for:
1. Play dates for Isabelle.
2. A wonderful husband.
Did I reach my goals for today? Not all of them.
Goals:
1. Mail my birthday exchange.
2. Make slides for TSA
3. Send fix to Karen.
A quiet day around here today. I did my home blessing then watched a bit of football. Couldn't watch the game on FOX becuase it still wasn't coming in. Then I watched the San Deigo Steelers games. It wasn't very good. San Deigo fell apart. I worked on my Biology lesson for tomorrow. Now as long as no one calls in sick tomorrow I am in good shape.
Tim worked on the fix for Coastal Eye Care but it still isn't quite right. Hopefully I can get that to them tomorrow.
Isabelle had Rupert come over to plat today. They get a long pretty well. I think Isabelle has more fun over at his house than he does here but there were plenty of giggles to go around.

I am thankful for:
1. Lots of stitching time.
2. Being able to get what we need during this economic downturn.
3. Isabelle is such a good little reader.
Did I reach my goals? Yes.
Goals.
1. Home Blessing
2. TSA slides
3. Last of the biology for Monday.
Today was a quiet day. We did our weekly shopping becuase I was so busy with my customer on Friday that I didn't get it done. Then it was football and stitching day again. I didn't get to watch one of the games becuase FOX wasn't cooperating on our TV. But it was an upset and not a very good game at that. The Cardinals beat the Panthers by 20 points. Tomorrow I hope FIX comes in better becuase I want to see the Eagles game. I doubt the Eagles can win against New York but I hope they at least make it a game. Plus more stitching time for me! Then I have to get a bit more work done. I need to make slides for TSA and then put a few finishing touches on my lesson for Upper El on Monday.

I am thankful for:
1. Stitch night!
2. Coffee social at school.
3. Warm swimming pools.
Goals:
1. Stitch
2. Grocery shopping
3. Zone cleaning.
Today was a bit frustrating. The DEC just suddenly stopped working for one of our customers the other day. I think they changed a security setting but I can't figure it out. So I gave them their upgrade. Well, the upgrade fixes a spacing issue from our first effort. Now the e doesn't fit becuase the lane is too long. Now why they didn't have this problem before I am not sure. And it seems that the E should fit at 20 feet on a 17 in screen. But it doesn't. So I sent them the long lane fix and they don't like the progression. So we'll be spending the weekend trying to make a fix that works. I tell you, I really dislike doing this. I just want to send the program out and have it work. Problem solving like this just totally stresses me out. Hate it. Give me a room full of children to teach any day. Oh well.
But we did get a fix to them that will work until Monday.
Other wise, I went to stitch night tonight instead of Wednesday. Isabelle was just having a bad night on Wednesday and really didn't want me to go. So I gave in and stayed home. Truth was, I didn't really feel like going either. So I went tonight and just about everyone was there. It was nice as usual. Most of us are working on some models for Lynda for her big needle work show. She is doing some cute can things. Then we are all going to work on a LZ Halloween design. I am going to do it all on one peice. It will look great. I want to do a bunch of peices around the seasons holidays and fill my wall by the stairs with them. This will be my first one for this purpose.
Not much else is going on here.

2. Get ready for my Science class on Monday.
Yeah! Tim will be funded for his PhD disseration! I am so glad that INL has decided to give him the money. I am not sure we would have stayed in IF if they didn't fund him. If we did he would have been really unhappy the whole time. So now it looks like we will be here a couple more years at least. I don't really want to leave any more. I like it here and I love Isabelle's school. I want to stay at least until she is through 6th grade. Now it looks like that won't be a problem. I love it when people realize that it would be a HUGE mistake to not do something.
Otherwise it was a quiet day here. Isabelle had school and 4h. Our 4H club is getting really big and most of them showed up today. Then I had to wait while Isabelle put the trinomial cube back together again. It gave me chance to talk to Ms. Barbara. I sure will miss her as Isabelle's teacher next year. Although I am pretty sure that I will apply for the aide position when Ms. Alyson leaves at the end of the year. That or job share with Mrs. Mickelson in the Upper Elementary. I would rather do that, but if that isn't available then I will be more than happy to be an aide. It looks like I will need to get a job just to pay for Isabelle's gym next year. I think she will be on the team and it is rather expensive to go to the meets. And I just keep waiting for Mom to call desparate for some help so they can keep the house. I hope it isn't any time soon, becuase we really don't have it right now. I talked to Reese with TSA today and it looks like we will get some development money from him sometime soon. I have to come up with a reasonable amount. I hate negotiating. I have no idea what a reasonable number is. I want at least enough to pay off my Capital One card. I am tired of paying that one and with only doing the minimum payment right now I will be paying it forever. So I want $6000 for developement and then a small portion of each test. That would be nice to get a stead amount of money coming in. So we'll see on that account.
Isabelle is doing really well in school still. She has started grammar and some more multiplication. She practiced her violin really well tonight and read well too. Sometimes she just gets tired by the end of the day and just doesn't give it the best effort. Next year should be interesting with that!
Well, it is off to bed for me. 6:30 comes really early.
1. Tim getting is PhD funded at work.
2. Making progress on the TSA program with Reese.

I am thankful for:
1. Big trucks for getting around our slippery snowy streets.
2. Isabelle loves school.
3. Tim's classes are over for right now.
Goals
1. Finish updates for DEC
2. Call about containers for garage sale.
It has now been two days in a row for working out. I am hoping to be more consistant again with it. I'm not quite as sore as I thought I would be last night. Isabelle on the other hand is quite sore from her first day back to gym. I gave her lots of rubs and some ibruprophen to help. Tomorrow I plan on taking my ball blast class. I hope I don't get called to sub. I have a feeling I might though because one of the aids lives in Rexburg and our roads are just awful tonight. There are schools delaying start and stuff already. I will have to get up and check online to find out if there is school tomorrow. Got to love freezing rain!
Today was violin and the library for Isabelle. She was thrilled to start learning a John Denver song today. She just loves John Denver. She is learning Take Me Home Country Road. Then she read at the library and fell asleep on the way home. It is always tough to get going again after a long break. She also learned some grammar at school today. She was excited to learn it to day. She now has a work plan that she has to fill in for the rest of the year. Her school does it so that kids are more prepared for first grade when the work plans become the center of their day. She gets it this year.
Otherwise it was a normal day here. I worked on more DEC stuff. Trying to get the updates out. I plan on finishing that tomorrow and get it out of my hair.

January 5th
I am thankful for:
1. Going out to dinner.
2. Keeping the house looking nice.
3. iPods
Goals:
1. Stay calm and collected with Isabelle.
2. Exercise
3. Stay on diet.
4. Finish updates.
Today was the first day back to school and work after the Christmas holiday. Isabelle was glad to get back to school and gym. She's really tired though. Our bedtime and get up time were totally off the last two weeks so it is hard to get up again in the morning.
It is cold and snowy here again. Spring can't get here fast enough! Unfortunately, we have several more months of cold weather. Oh well, we really need the snow and rain.
I spent most of my day helping Costal Eye Care with the Digital Eye Chart. It decided to just stop working. Never did figure out why. But I sent them the update and that fixed the problem.
I also worked out for the first time in two weeks. I am starting to feel it now though. I still have 10 pounds loose. I am working hard at it. I go back to the Dr. in May to get my blood sugar tested. I think I will be ok now. I like the way I look and feel. Most of the headaches are gone now.

I am thankful for:
1. A happy and safe Christmas vacation.
2. School starts tomorrow.
Goals
1. Stay calm and collect with Isabelle.
2. Exercise
3. Stay on diet.
Today and yesterday were very quiet days. I did some house work and then stitched and watched football for about 6 hours. I haven't stitched that much in months. I made really good progress on my Fractal and finished the Lizzie Kate project Housework Never Killed Anybody. I am going to give it to SRMS for the Mardi Gras. Now I have to get it framed. I think I will see if Lynda will donate the framing for it.
Otherwise, school starts backup again tomorrow hopefully. It is supposed to get really cold and sometimes when that happens schools close. I hope not. It is time to get things back to normal.
